I've never written a review before but I need to let other people know so they don't get stolen from. I'm a party planner in New Orleans.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for lion thrones and I called a girl named Kelley who owns Livin' Luxury Furniture Sales. Kelly's number is (281) 408-9162. Kelly was real sweet at first... I ordered $5860 from her.

She told me I had to send her the money and say I was a family member with PayPal or she would have to charge me 10 percent. I didn't get my order and every week it was a different excuse. I called PayPal and they said since it was family I couldn't dispute it. I saw where Kelly was also posting on OfferUp so I went to her store which is Really Tabs Furniture.

I spoke to mike tabs who said he didn't know Kelly but all the postings say she works there. Something wasn't addin up. I needed these chairs so I paid Mike Tabs 2200 cash bills and he promised I could pick them up the next weekend. I came back just today and he said since I didn't come over the weekend I had a store credit and couldn't get my chairs.

I see them in the floor and he said no ma'am they are sold.

These people are just scammers. Theives.

We are appalled to hear such allegations about our company with a reputation 20 +years in the process of building. If this is at factual we need substantiated evidence such as your invoice #.

If you bought from us there would be proof. Anything on layaway we could find from your name or number. Unless this information is provided promptly we will be forced to take legal action. Anyone can make a statement on this site or any site without it being true but we assure you that if this was a real life scenario we would have it sorted out.

We kindly ask that you contact us with your invoice #, information or anyway to substantiate these claims; or we will be forced to protect our reputation by contacting our laywer.

Our sole purpose as buisness owners is to ensure a happy customer experience. We would not have been in buisness this long if we were scammers.

You need to get your facts straight.. and stop trying to slander amazing woman her small company she is not a scammer she does not rip nobody off. What you need to do is don't do business with a lady named Lori have been ripped off by the lady and I'm scared to buy any more furniture until I met Kelly she has ensured that should take care of me and I believed her now I have over $10,000 worth of furniture in my house because of her if you like to have my number I will vouch that she's a legit business owner

I was deeply saddened to hear from a client about these reviews. I have thought very carefully on how to respond.

I would like to offer my sincerest apologies if you were in any way dissapointed in your experience with my company. However there are aspects in your review that i have issues in finding credability, although i will not discredit you in the fact that maybe it is possible you were unsattisfied.

My paypal invoices are sent and recieved only under the company name, and would never be able to recieve a "family" transfer as it is a buisness and professional paypal account. I have this set up this way for taxation and record keeping reasons.

I also do not know why Mike would say he does not know who i am, as he, his brother, and all of the employees of Tabs Furniture and i are good friends. Mike and Steve have served as my mentors for two and a half years.

I am not employed by Tabs Furniture, i am a sole proprietor, who imports items to their store. Livin' Luxury Furniture Sales was developed upon the idea of offering anyone the opportunity to own goregous luxurious pieces at low prices.

We are a family operated small buisness. I am the owner, my father is now my private driver for deliveries within 400 miles, my stepmother is my bilingual sales associate, and my aunt is the manager of sales on the west coast.

We manage to keep our prices incredibly low for our clients due to the fact that we do not have overhead. I started in this field as a salesman of another small furniture store Isaiah's Luxury Furniture, when the owner decided to close his store, i decided to start mine.

In my experience working with Isaiah's, and with my sole proprietorship i have never once unfullfilled a client order. Never have i ever recieved any amount of money without sending out the furniture that was purchased. I only wish to resolve this review as i find aspects of it to be unfactual. However, as i mentioned before i do not wish to discredit the fact that you were clearly unsattisfied.

In the future if it were possible i would like to resolve it personally. If there is anything Livin' Luxury Furniture Sales can do please let us know.

I had the same issue. Kelly Morgan says she is the owner of Livin' Luxury Furniture Sales but she really is a salesperson for Tabs Furniture.

I'm still waiting on her to respond to a dispute on Venmo.

She has over $3000 on my money. Complete scammer.

As i have mentioned in the comment prior, we are a family owned establishment with a sole proprietor. I am not employed by Tabs Furniture.

I buy and import containers to there store and sell items all over the country. I was under the impression until doscovering these reviews that every client of mine was deeply satisfied with the extent we go to, to provide low priced luxury items, and low shipping options.

I have never recieved a payment via venmo as i have to have someway to track information for record keeping and taxation reasons, and also quite honestly there is never enough space in my phone for more apps because of all the pictures i take of furniture!

It is news to me that anyone has sent me money via venmo, or not recieve their furniture at all.

Again, i would like to mention that i will not discredit you for being upset, and i do wish to know the genuine reason. However i have not ever taken anyone's money.

I have no interest in scamming people.

I aspire to build a corporation that will show my child how strong and independent women can be. You cannot get there through lies and deciet.
